Responsibilities

Conduct Supervision and parent training
Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication
Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
Come in person for 25% of monthly sessions

Required

A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory
Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable
Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Preferred

Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus
