Required

Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Experience providing outstanding customer service
Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

12 months or more of relevant customer-facing / customer service experience
An active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance license
