Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of biomedical devices, systems, or software tools
Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation from biomedical experiments or clinical systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, software engineers, researchers, and quality assurance teams
Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of biomedical equipment and applications
Help ensure designs comply with regulatory standards and quality requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO)
Contribute to documentation such as technical reports, design specifications, and user manuals
Support deployment, calibration, and maintenance of biomedical systems or tools
Stay up to date with advances in biomedical technologies, medical devices, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++, or Java) for data analysis or system integration
Familiarity with biomedical instrumentation, medical imaging, or physiological systems
Understanding of engineering principles applied to biology and healthcare
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Good communication skills for working with engineers, clinicians, and stakeholders
Passion for learning and staying current with emerging biomedical technologies
Preferred
Basic knowledge of data analysis, signal processing, or medical databases is a plus
Prior experience through internships, academic projects, research work, or coursework is an advantage
