Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to convert demand forecasts into optimized inventory and replenishment strategies
Own production planning and scheduling in SAP, aligning capacity, materials, and demand
Coordinate raw material planning with suppliers, procurement, and internal operations teams
Design and execute replenishment strategies to reduce working capital and aged inventory
Track inventory turns and manage phase-in/phase-out plans for promotions and product changes
Identify supply risks early and communicate service impacts to cross-functional stakeholders
Develop short- and long-term supply projections to support vendor planning and leadership decisions
Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and reporting as the business scales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of end-to-end supply chain, production planning, or demand planning experience, preferably in CPG or manufacturing
Strong hands-on expertise with SAP (production planning, MRP, inventory modules)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, visualization)
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Leadership
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20% (up to 50% during initial ramp-up phase)
