Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reclasses across key GL accounts, maintaining accuracy and completeness in financial systems
Manage portions of the monthly close process, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate revenue and cost accounting in accordance with GAAP
Process invoices and vendor payments, support vendor onboarding, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
Support customer billing, collections, and cash application processes, coordinating with Sales and Revenue Operations to align contract-to-cash workflows
Reconcile bank accounts, monitor daily cash balances, assist with cash forecasting, and support credit line setup and treasury initiatives
Assist with payroll accounting and related reconciliations
Maintain and enhance accounting and reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and automation of key processes
Qualification
Required
3-8 years of relevant accounting experience out of a technology/AI/data center company, ideally including startup or high-growth company experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or working toward CPA a plus
Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS as well as ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce highly preferred
NetSuite experience is a major plus
