Tiger Tracks is a performance marketing agency built by former Google marketing leaders, and they are seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value clients. The role involves strategy, execution oversight, and driving measurable growth through paid search and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
Own 7-10 client accounts, accountable for performance, retention, and growth
Lead strategy and optimization across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Drive budget recommendations and growth opportunities across channels and Tiger Tracks solutions
Lead client meetings and deliver clear performance narratives and next steps
Translate data into actionable insights and forward-looking strategies
Maintain high standards for execution quality, reporting accuracy, and internal documentation
Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative tactics to improve results
Qualification
Required
4+ years of paid media experience in a high-growth agency environment
Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (required)
Confidence leading executive-level client conversations
Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio
Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Bachelor's degree required
