Data entry for all accounting transactions
Account payable and receivables
General Journal Entities
Bank Reconciliation
Year-end 1099 Preparation
Credit Card Reconciliation
Filing: Invoices, Bank Statements, and other financial documents
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of accounting office experience
Strong math and computer skills (especially in QuickBooks accounting software and spreadsheets)
Detail-oriented and organized mindset
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
Data Entry: Advance Level
QuickBooks: Intermediate to Advance Level
Microsoft Office: Advance level
Strong Computer Skills
Strong work ethic & ability to multitask
Pro-active with ability to work independently
Great team player and people skills
Can be trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information
Preferred
Experience in real estate industry
Accounting: 2 years
GAAP: 2 years
Construction Accounting: 1 year
