Responsibilities
Apply advanced statistical techniques and use both structured and unstructured data to analyze and develop algorithms for technology solutions that solve business problems and improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in statistical/quantitative modeling and/or machine learning tools and in using various database tools processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with quantitative focus in Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field (e.g. Mathematics)
Preferred
Hands-on experience developing and optimizing prompts for Generative AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar frameworks
Proficiency in cleaning, transforming, and preparing structured and unstructured datasets for Generative AI applications
Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, including concepts like tokenization, vector embeddings, and their role in enhancing generative AI outputs and demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for exploring Generative AI tools & techniques and staying updated with advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure OpenAI, deploying and scaling AI solutions plus familiarity with data warehousing tools like Snowflake and their integration with Generative AI workflows
Basic understanding of ethical considerations in AI, including bias mitigation and model fairness and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI into broader data science projects
