Responsibilities
Lead product development initiatives, from concept through production
Collaborate with Sales to develop product roadmaps, strategies, and timelines
Design and implement testing procedures, product prototypes, and enhancements
Provide technical support to customers and internal team members
Interpret and incorporate customer specifications and company proposals into engineering bills of materials
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product goals are met on time and within budget
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products
Maintain thorough product documentation, including design files, test reports, and cost analyses
Drive continuous improvement efforts for product design and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience leading product development, sales support, and post-sales service
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and team members
Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software
Proficiency in product design, planning, costing, and documentation
Experience with project management software and tools
Preferred
Experience with liquid fluid handling equipment and liquid filling systems
Advanced degree or professional certifications in Engineering or a related field
Strong mechanical and electrical design experience, especially for application-specific solutions
Working knowledge of fluid dynamics as applicable to filling applications
Passion for innovation and creating products that solve real-world problems
