CMM/Leica Programmer
American Rheinmetall provides comprehensive services for complex mechanical products and is seeking a CMM Programmer. The role involves writing measurement programs, performing measurements, and validating results using coordinate measuring machines and Polyworks software, while collaborating with the Quality team for component inspections.

Responsibilities
Develops, qualifies, and maintains programs for inspection routines
Inspects and approves first piece at start of production
Inspects and approves final inspections prior to delivery
Reads blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances for a variety of milled, and fabricated weldments
Ensures that containment activities take place when discrepancies are identified
Work with Production leads to relay and interpret inspection findings
Review and refine data collection requirements according to customer drawings, models, work orders, purchase orders, sketches and PPAP requirements
Participates in the corrective action and preventative action processes
Participates in Gage R & R Studies
Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and three to five years related experience
GD&T experience for print reading
Basic caliper, micrometer, and bore gage knowledge
