They are seeking a Corporate Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for employees and candidates, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining travel records.

Responsibilities
Research and book travel arrangements including air, hotel and ground transportation for company employees
Verify and complete travel changes as they arise
Maintain records related to company travel and assist with invoicing
Communicate and follow through with various agencies and vendors
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years in customer service
Good judgement in time-management and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment with accuracy
Microsoft Office experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in travel / hospitality a plus
