Responsibilities

You will be the SME for an assigned to the Commands multiple business SCC's, financial budgeting and execution reporting and the translation of actions, both past and proposed into meaningful and relevant information for use in management decisions
You will be responsible for processing cost accruals, analyzing expenditure trends, and cost-estimating
You will provide detailed cost reports and resolution regarding items such as over-runs, receipts, direct labor hours, indirect labor hours, and workload balancing
You will set up Network Activities and links them to Sales Orders in ERP and tracks expenditures against them
You will extract, analyze, and present data from data systems responding to special projects requests from internal and external customers
You will provide coordinated project management support across a matrix organization, including planning, execution and negotiating with customers, to ensure efficient business operations

Required

Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
This is a Financial Management Level II certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band or equivalent grade levels (GS-11/12) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing, developing, and utilizing financial management methods and procedures to assess internal controls and provide technical direction and consultation on reconciling funding issues ensuring the efficiency of an organization's financial operations
