Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the SCA Rep for all IA-related matters
Support the Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) process in accordance with ICD-503 and NIST Framework
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) as defined in NIST 800-37
Ensure compliance with DoD, DISA, NNWC, DoDIIS, and IC tools, systems, and reporting mechanisms
Track and report the completion of Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) deliverables associated with the system’s Authority to Operate (ATO) RMF package
Conduct security testing and evaluation in accordance with established information assurance standards
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IA processes and compliance
Provide clear and concise oral and written communication to stakeholders regarding IA status, issues, and resolutions
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI Security Clearance
BA/BS in IT, IA, or a related field is desired. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of A&A experience with ICD-503 and/or NIST Framework is required
Extensive experience in information assurance, including accreditation, security testing, and evaluation
Knowledge of DoD, IC, and national-level system security initiatives and secure Information/LAN/WAN technologies
Experience using web-based applications like Telos Xacta system, eMASS, or similar RMF automation tools
Exemplary results-oriented interpersonal and customer relations expertise
Effective oral and written communication skills
General understanding of RMF as defined in NIST 800-37
All Contractor personnel must meet the requirements of the DOD Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DOD 8570.01-M, prior to employment. Acceptable certifications include but are not limited to CISSP, CAP, GSLC, CISM, etc
