Program Coordinator

Orizon Aerostructures is seeking a Program Coordinator to support program management and ensure timely delivery of products. The role involves coordinating communications across various departments and analyzing data to prepare schedules and reports.

Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Support program management to ensure on-time delivery of product to productions
Coordinate and lead communications between Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Shipping and Receiving
Collect and analyze data to prepares schedules and special reports
Report progress of orders to ensure customer delivery expectations are met
Assist in rework disposition and flow into production
Archive inactive or obsolete
Participate in morning walk thru discussing potential issues, upcoming delivery, and other insight that may be beneficial to customer satisfaction
Support Supply Chain with customer status and updates, including but not limited to supplier calls and visits
Ensure intercompany schedule priority are accurate to forecast requirement
Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Required

Customer service role experience in aerospace will receive preference
Must be able to pass basic skills assessment for Microsoft Excel and also demonstrate basic skills with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Must have excellent verbal, written and listening skills and have the ability to provide written and verbal instructions and present information clearly
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Must be discreet and able to hold sensitive information confidential
Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events

Preferred

Strong preference will be given to individuals with experience in manufacturing – especially within the aerospace industry
