Handle outbound insurance leads
Conduct needs-based insurance reviews
Present and recommend Auto, Home, and related coverages
Close new policies and cross-sell where appropriate
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM
Hit daily and monthly production goals
Qualification
Required
Strong phone skills and confidence in sales conversations
Grit, discipline, and follow-through
Self-motivated and results-driven
Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or willing to get licensed quickly)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
