Responsibilities
Supervises operational and administrative activities, including timekeeping, scheduling, balancing, opening, and closing
Grows market share of loans and deposits for new and existing members
Supports and coaches the sales and service culture by providing weekly, monthly, individual, and team coaching to drive branch results that align with achieving Success Sharing goals
Delivers ongoing feedback on staff performance and development
Fosters teamwork by professionally interacting with peers, supervisors, and other Langley employees
Serves as a mentor and role model for all staff including providing on-site training
Actively participate in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective and efficient communication
Participates in ongoing evaluation of processes and procedures to ensure the member experience is met
Processes new accounts, additional share types, and IRAs following policies to ensure compliance with BSA and US Patriots Act laws
Processes consumer loan products and services, including personal, auto, home equity line of credit, and credit cards, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and credit union policies and procedures
Processes all types of transactions for members including, balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan advances, account opening, and all other requests
Provides assistance to members with all account and loan-related service needs, including offering financial advice that will improve their financial well-being
Complies with all Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements
Works at other branch locations as needed
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in a related field, four years of sales or service experience advising customers when choosing between options, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
4 years of financial institution experience required
Employees in this position are required to obtain and maintain a valid Notary Public commission within six (6) months of their hire date as a condition of continued employment
Preferred
One year of supervisory experience preferred
