James Free Jewelers is an official Rolex jeweler looking for a Clienteling Coordinator. The role involves supporting and inspiring a community of clienteling experts to enhance client relationships and improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
Support, mobilize & inspire a community of clienteling experts/ambassadors, across our store to elevate our ability to bond with clients and enhance the offered experience
Set up a Clienteling mindset in-store
Train associates on the CRM
Develop and ensure a Clienteling routine in all stores
Track the store’s Clienteling performance and meet with Management on deliverables
Clienteling for special store events-drive event traffic
Confirm all pertinent contact information is captured in the ARMS software program
Alert associates on inactive clients thru multi-channels to renew interest in the brand
Qualification
Required
Previous retail experience
Good understanding of luxury business, customers, competitors, and products
Data Driven
Strong client focus
Team/people management
Problem-Solving, proactivity, and empathy
Passion for luxury and creative culture
Detail oriented, organized, and professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively
