Chief Revenue Officer
Bug Tussel is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale all revenue-generating functions across the organization. The CRO will oversee sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and pricing to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with company goals
Oversee and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Drive customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
Optimize pricing, and a go-to-market strategies
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing revenue teams
Collaborate with Product and Finance to ensure market fit and sustainable growth
Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and accountability across revenue functions
Represent revenue strategy to the board and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in senior revenue, sales, or commercial leadership roles
Proven track record of scaling revenue in a growth-stage or enterprise organization
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and financial acumen
Experience managing multi-department revenue teams
Deep understanding of go-to-market models (B2B, B2C, SaaS, or relevant industry)
Preferred
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred and considered a strong plus
