Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions
Configure Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, Departments, Jobs, Positions, and Grades
Manage employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and data changes
Configure Document Records, Person Management, Employment Model, and Work Relationships
Support data migration activities using HDL, HCM Spreadsheet Loader, and other Oracle tools
Experience working in implementation or support projects
Exposure to integrations with third-party HR
Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
