Sales Support Administrator
Team UltraVue is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide essential administrative and organizational help to the Sales and Support Teams. The role involves processing orders, managing customer records, and acting as a liaison for customer inquiries to support the sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Filling out DIRECTV-required paperwork for new property launches, property conversions, and property terminations
Providing escalated customer support for property managers, leasing agents, HOA board members, and property owners
Pursue and follow up with new sales leads as needed
Maintain a steady sales strategy
Gross Sales Tracking
Property Commissions Tracking
Strengthen relationships with existing property managers and ownership companies
Day to Day Website Maintenance
Update, customize, and maintain marketing collateral for sales and support teams
Qualification
Required
Sales Acquisition and Retention
Word Processing/Database Management Experience
Basic Paralegal Knowledge
Microsoft Office Experience, with fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
Adobe Acrobat and Adobe E-Sign Experience
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
3+ years Experience in the Telecommunications Industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
