Responsibilities
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries
Ensure travel bookings comply with company policies and budget guidelines
Maintain travel calendars, confirmations, and documentation for all employees
Assist employees with travel changes, cancellations, and emergency adjustments
Track travel expenses and reconcile travel-related invoices
Process accounts payable transactions
Prepare, review, and verify expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
Assist with invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communication
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities
Perform data entry, filing, and document management for accounting operations
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding travel
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Support audits by providing required documentation
Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, accounting systems, travel platforms)
Clear communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
Familiarity with travel booking systems (e.g., Concur)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
