Assist with the collection of delinquent accounts
Participate on the call center team within the Compliance Division
Perform a variety of front-line customer service, compliance, administrative and/or technical support duties to assist in the collection and processing of delinquent taxes and fees
Qualification
Required
Thoroughly complete each section of the application, including prior job responsibilities, duties, and supplemental questions
Assist with the collection of delinquent accounts
Participate on the call center team within the Compliance Division
Perform a variety of front-line customer service, compliance, administrative and/or technical support duties
Assist in the collection and processing of delinquent taxes and fees
Serve an ethnically and culturally diverse population
Preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
