Grey Eagle Distributors is the largest Anheuser-Busch beer distributor in Missouri and one of the largest in the Midwest. They are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations, enhance profitability, and support long-term growth while overseeing a strong finance team.

Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Drive operating income/EBITDA improvement through margin analysis, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives
Oversee accounting, reporting, payroll, cash management, and GAAP compliance
Manage banking relationships, capital structure, and financial risk
Evaluate acquisition opportunities, including modeling and due diligence
Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead and develop the finance/accounting team
Partner closely with CEO, GM, and VP of Operations as a member of the Executive Team

Required

Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar executive-level financial role
Strong strategic insight and operational precision
Ability to lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Experience in driving operating income/EBITDA improvement through margin analysis, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives
Knowledge of accounting, reporting, payroll, cash management, and GAAP compliance
Experience managing banking relationships, capital structure, and financial risk
Ability to evaluate acquisition opportunities, including modeling and due diligence
Experience establishing and maintaining internal controls and ensuring regulatory compliance
Proven ability to lead and develop a finance/accounting team
Ability to partner closely with CEO, GM, and VP of Operations as a member of the Executive Team
