Management and Program Analyst (Privacy Compliance)

Responsibilities
Serve as an expert privacy analyst and advisor on complex issues relating to policies, programs, processes, and technologies that implicate the Privacy Act of 1974, the E-government Act of 2002, and other privacy laws, policies, and guidance
Review information sharing agreements to ensure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is shared in accordance with all applicable laws and policies
Advise agency leadership on privacy compliance issues
Analyze agency programs to determine and resolve existing and potential privacy issues
Provides a wide range of qualitive and quantitative methods for assessment of management processes, law enforcement systems and mission support programs
Perform risk analysis to ensure procurements or new business processes adhere to federal privacy requirement

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Receive and respond to inquiries pertaining to privacy compliance; Analyze policies, procedures and process for privacy risk compliance; Receive, track and follow up on reports of privacy incidents and complaints; AND Coordinate resolution of requests for amendments to records under the Privacy Act
