Collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data to leadership
Providing high-level analysis, uncovering trends through data mining, and delivering clear, impactful reporting that informs critical organizational decisions
Evaluating HRIS systems and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and elevate the team member experience
Collaborating across functions, including IT and Finance, to support organization-wide initiatives and ensure data-driven solutions that strengthen the workforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, HR Management, or related discipline
3 -5 years minimum experience working within HRIS systems/process improvement experience
Prior Compensation and report writing experience
Preferred
Relevant HR certification preferred
Prefer experience working in healthcare or other complex environment
Strong preference for UKG system experience preferred
