Qualification
Required
Minimum 12 years of experience in IICS, snowflake and UNIX and CAWA with strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and solve technical and operational challenges
Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to ensure efficient resolution of system and integration-related issues
Customer Support and Communication skills to manage client needs effectively and deliver excellent service. Availability 24/7 for critical scenarios. 5 days a week shift based roaster
Understanding of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and related tools is mandatory
Experience in handling hybrid work environments and collaborating with onsite and remote teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
