They are seeking an experienced B2B marketer to own their marketing strategy and execution, defining positioning, creating content, and driving demand while working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities
Own positioning & messaging: Define how Trussed.ai is positioned in the market and communicate our value clearly to enterprise buyers
Drive demand: Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline with enterprise security, risk, legal, and AI leaders
Create content: Produce blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership that build trust in AI governance and compliance
Run digital channels: Manage website content, SEO, LinkedIn, and email marketing
Enable sales: Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and collateral that help close enterprise deals
Measure & iterate: Define KPIs, set up analytics, and continuously optimize based on what drives results
Qualification
Required
B2B enterprise software marketing experience: You've marketed to enterprise buyers before and understand long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and how to build trust with technical and business audiences
Generalist skill set: You're comfortable with strategy, content, demand gen, product marketing, and analytics, and can switch between them as needed
Builder mentality: You've either been an early marketing hire or have operated like one. You don't need established playbooks or big teams to get things done
Strong writer: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content
Self-directed: You take ownership, communicate proactively, and thrive with autonomy
Preferred
AI/security/compliance experience: Familiarity with the AI, cybersecurity, or compliance space is a strong plus
