Activities Assistant Long Term Care

Perform activity based programs in support of patient care plan
Conduct assessment of activity needs to meet individual treatment goals and objectives
Facilitate and participate in activity-related projects and events
Keep treatment area clean, safe, and organized
Perform clerical tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
One or more of the following required: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
One or more of the following required: Heart Saver AED obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Needs a valid NY license
