Responsibilities

Act as a customer-facing advocate with Partners to articulate and position the 3DS value proposition with clients
Co-design and execute Partner go-to-market strategies, including 3-Year Business/Transformation Plans and annual development plans aligned with GEO strategy
Drive lead, opportunity, and pipeline management with Partners to secure CQ+1 pipeline and support revenue targets
Lead Partner transformation and enablement initiatives, including skills development, certifications, cloud adoption, and Partner Rewards Program success
Ensure successful solution deployment and Go-Lives by monitoring execution, identifying risks, and escalating when required
Lead governance, performance reviews, and reporting, providing strategic insights to GEO leadership and aligning stakeholders on growth objectives

Required

Proven sales expertise (direct and/or indirect) with strong specialization in Partner Management
Solid experience in sales operations and pipeline management to guide Partners through business and sales transformation
Strong ability to co-build long-term business plans, investment strategies, and market expansion initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Partners, GEO teams, Brands, and Global stakeholders
Strong understanding of cloud transformation, enablement programs, and value-based selling
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution and performance tracking
