Required

Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience
Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis (Google drive and gmail)
Proven ability to work with goals
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
30-40 hours a week - shift varies
High school or BS degree
Bilingual is a must

Preferred

Limited Lines License preferably
Ability to Commute: Brownsville, TX 78520 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate: Brownsville, TX 78520: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
