Responsibilities
Own setups and production on CNC mills and lathes to meet exact specifications
Read and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan operations
Monitor cycle performance, inspect parts, and adjust offsets for quality and efficiency
Conduct routine machine maintenance to prevent downtime
Troubleshoot machining and control issues quickly to keep lines moving
Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
Collaborate with peers to hit output targets and deadlines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to interpret prints, drawings, and technical docs
Detail‑driven mindset with a focus on quality
Strong communicator and team player
Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
