Procurement Administrator
IonQ is developing the world's most powerful full-stack quantum computer based on trapped-ion technology. The Procurement Administrator will support the Procurement team by managing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, onboarding suppliers, and ensuring accurate order tracking, playing a critical role in the supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
Create, manage, and track purchase orders from submission to completion
Perform invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records
Monitor order delivery status and proactively manage exceptions or delays
Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation
Partner with the Procurement team to identify process improvement opportunities
Assist with reporting and data entry to support cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office
Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in a hardware, electronics, or manufacturing environment
Understanding of basic procurement or accounting processes
Experience with supplier portals or onboarding tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
