They are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Emerging Creator Products to lead the strategic vision for new products, collaborate with various teams, and ensure community engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and set the strategic vision for a portfolio of emerging products
Work closely with product and technology leaders within Audible, Amazon’s Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) organization, and other Amazon businesses to develop new products and bring them to life
Develop/refine the 3-year roadmap, keeping pace with industry evolution while directing day-to-day execution towards your strategic vision
Serve as a voice to (and for) the creator community to deliver an offering that the community loves
Monitor community feedback and sentiment and collaborate with our community management team to respond
Expand products/capabilities globally with a focus on the creation of culturally relevant local content

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
