Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets
Strong skills in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with the knowledge to guide clients through policy options and processes
Ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and work collaboratively with a team
Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment is a plus
A college degree in a relevant field is advantageous
