Responsibilities

Deliver committed business value through solid project planning, complex problem solving and innovative thinking
Lead the project portfolio and operations for Marketing Sales Digital Transformation organization
Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations
Lead the project team, drive the key initiatives and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project results
Provide clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders at all stages of the project
Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team

Required

8+ years of Experience driving Marketing or Sales function technology projects
10+ years of Digital Transformation or IT Project Management Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field

Preferred

10+ years of Experience driving Marketing or Sales function projects to completion
Experience working with end-to-end digital transformation (e.g., marketing, B2B sales, procurement, digitalization, IT)
Experience managing global projects with transformation budgets ranging $5-10M
Strong understanding of B2B/Channel sales and marketing processes: lead management, sales pipeline, pricing, customer lifecycle management
Experience leading Executive Brief sessions, including compiling report data, generating presentations and facilitating ad-hoc requests
Familiarity and comfort with presentations across multiple organizational levels
Experience with PM tools: MS PO, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Office, PowerPoint
Experience with data analytics tools: PowerBI, Tableau
Solution-oriented (data-driven) approach to problem solving
Strong written and spoken presence
Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones to communicate needs effectively
Ability to translate complex technical requirements to a project roadmap and deliverables with ROI
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities
Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, European, Desi and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
Understanding of AI trends in Marketing (digital marketing and transformation, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, personalization, and advanced analytics) and Sales toolsets desired
Bilingual skillset in Mandarin and English a plus
PMP, Scrum Master Certifications a plus
