Responsibilities

Develop bespoke Programs for Tier 1 Advertisers including integration into the live games, partnerships with creators and co-marketing programs
Sales Collateral Strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy and manage team to develop sales marketing materials, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, sizzle reels, case studies, email templates, and competitive battlecards
Content Development: Collaborate with brand, PR and design teams to craft persuasive and visually engaging sales marketing assets that align with platform-specific objectives and client segments
Tailored & Insight led Messaging: Translate complex product features and data into compelling offerings that are also differentiated vs competition
Cross-Team Partnership: Partner closely with Sales, Team Marketing, Creator Marketing, Product (Eng), Data and production develop cohesive programs and clear plans for the team to execute
Campaign Support: Co-develop program offering with Sales leader for major client opportunities, team and partner launches, industry events, and trade marketing campaigns
Performance Feedback Loop: Gather input from the Sales team and track usage of sales materials to continuously improve content relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness

Required

5-7 years of experience in sales marketing, B2B content marketing, or sales enablement roles, preferably within media, technology, or streaming industries
Proven expertise in creating a wide range of content including custom programs, sales narratives, case studies, and sales enablement tools/programs
Strong writing and storytelling capabilities with the ability to integrate complex data into simple, compelling narratives
Experience managing projects in cross-functional environments
A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a strong understanding of sales processes and partner dynamics
