Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced laser products based on III-V semiconductor technology
Lead reliability testing and failure analysis for laser products and SOAs
Manage and optimize product lifecycle processes from development to volume ramp
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process development and qualification of new products
Oversee supplier management to ensure quality and timely delivery of components
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements for product efficiency and reliability

Required

10+ years of experience in lasers, SOAs, or photonic component engineering, III-V semiconductors, Product Qualification, Reliability Testing, Supplier Management
Bachelor's (Master's or PhD Preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in laser product engineering or related roles
Strong knowledge of semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA) and photonic components
Proven experience in reliability testing and failure analysis methodologies
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and process development
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field
