Responsibilities

Join a division similar to a large law firm, consisting of more than 400 attorneys and a robust support staff
Serve as prosecutors or defense counsel in courts-martial
Practice in operational & international law, environmental & labor law, family law, administrative law, and appellate advocacy before the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces
Maintain the same physical and leadership standards as all Marine Officers
Support military operations and improve the lives of Marines

Qualification

Required

U.S. citizenship (dual citizenship welcome)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Currently attending or graduated from an ABA-accredited law school
ACT 22+ or SAT 1000+
Undergraduate GPA 2.0+
LSAT 150+ (lower scores may be considered case-by-case)
Physically fit with no major medical issues
Must be under the age of 41
