Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and priorities
Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals
Collaborate with Project Managers to balance delivery schedules and business outcomes
Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and reviews within Agile delivery frameworks
Measure and communicate the impact and value of delivered solutions
Help evolve our internal processes for scalable automation and AI delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related role, ideally within automation, AI, or software delivery environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega) or AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, etc.) is a strong plus
