Information Technology
Responsibilities
Disburse 203(k) rehabilitation funds, construction draws, and escrow holdback funds
Utilize Microsoft Access databases and servicing systems for fund disbursement
Set up and balance new loans for the 203(k) department
Post all entries related to disbursements to the servicing system
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding exceptions
Prepare and reconcile required daily and month-end reports
Review requests to ensure adherence to regulatory and audit guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years clerical or mortgage banking experience
Basic accounting skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
