Responsibilities
Own creator, moderator, and community communications across email, Discord, and social platforms, serving as a primary point of contact for complex or sensitive issues
Manage and moderate the official Discord community, including structure, rules, engagement standards, and issue escalation
Own creator fund and program operations end-to-end, including eligibility validation, payouts, issue resolution, and tracking
Build, document, and maintain SOPs for creator communications, community management, and operational workflows
Identify and surface recurring community feedback, friction points, and emerging needs to inform product and policy decisions
Partner cross-functionally to translate internal policies into clear, creator-facing guidance
Evaluate and implement AI or automation tools to improve response quality, reduce manual work, and responsibly scale operations
Maintain high accuracy, accountability, and risk awareness across creator-related financial and operational processes
Qualification
Required
Native-level English fluency with strong professional writing skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in community management, creator operations, or a related role
Proven ability to operate independently and own external communications
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Strong interest in AI and automation tools, with the ability to apply them in operational contexts
Preferred
Experience supporting creator monetization programs, funds, or payouts
Background in policy-driven or trust-focused environments
Experience with Discord, community platforms, and support tooling
Experience using AI-assisted or automated workflows
Cultural fluency engaging with diverse and underrepresented creator communities
