Responsibilities

Lead intake/kickoff meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, must-haves, interview plan, and sourcing strategy
Build and maintain outbound pipelines for corporate roles, with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing
Create compelling job postings and outreach messaging that reflect The Pack Labs’ brand and pace
Source candidates using relevant tools and sources
Conduct initial screenings and relevant follow-up interviews; evaluate candidates for skills, competencies, communication, motivation, and role fit
Present shortlists with risks and recommendations; advise managers on practical impact, realities and tradeoffs
Coordinate interview steps and ensure candidates receive timely communication and a high-quality experience
Manage recruiting workflows and ATS with strong documentation and stage discipline
Track key funnel metrics and identify ways to improve efficiency and quality
Help standardize utility tools for hiring managers and interviewers, i.e. intake templates, screen guides, interview scorecards, and outreach sequences

Required

4-6+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience (in-house preferred)
Proven experience recruiting for corporate roles, ideally in CPG, manufacturing/distribution-adjacent environments, or similarly fast-paced companies (super ideal!)
Strong sourcing ability with ability to articulate and repeat process
Comfortable and well-versed with building pipelines, not just process inbound applicants
Confident first-round interviewer with sound judgment and excellent communication
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and keep stakeholders aligned
High ownership, responsiveness, and comfort operating in a regulated/compliance-conscious environment
