Location Manager
Gemco Building Systems, LLC is seeking a driven and experienced Location Sales Manager to run the day-to-day sales operations at one of their sales locations. This role is designed for a strong closer who can manage a sales lot, handle customers from first contact to close, and consistently hit revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Close sales on all Gemco structures and products
Handle financing contracts and accept payments (cash, check, credit card)
Complete all sales paperwork and contracts accurately
Use NetSuite daily for CRM activities including calls, texts, emails, task scheduling, and sales order processing
Advertise the sales location across all major social media platforms
Network locally and after hours to generate new business
Ensure the sales lot is staffed during all advertised hours, including Saturdays
Be available for after-hours appointments when needed to close deals
Make daily bank deposits and reconcile with the Customer Service Manager
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales lot and office
Manage lawn maintenance (reimbursed by Gemco)
Attend weekly sales meetings before 9:00 AM
One in-person meeting per month
Remaining meetings via Google Teams
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience (high-ticket or construction-related sales preferred)
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
Reliable transportation and flexible availability
Preferred
CRM experience preferred (NetSuite a plus)
