Responsibilities
Service group and individual Life & Health insurance accounts
Process enrollments, renewals, changes, and carrier communications
Market renewals and negotiate with carriers
Maintain accurate client records and benefit summaries
Support producers with benefit plan design and renewal strategy
Respond promptly to client and carrier inquiries
Qualification
Required
Prior benefits or insurance account management experience
Active Oklahoma Life & Health license
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, proactive, and client-centered
Preferred
Experience with BenefitPoint, AMS360, ImageRight
