The HR Manager will support the Environmental Services team by engaging and retaining staff, managing employee relations, and assisting with HR-related tasks.

Support, engage, and help retain staff
Employee relations and experience planning engagement & inclusion activities
Support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks
Work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
Qualification
Required
experience managing all HR/adminstrative functions from recruiting, rewarding, retention, constructive counseling, management of FMLA, workers compensation, etc
demonstrated ability to engage with employees
experience in administrative support and an HR background
high-level organization and attention to detail
natural ability to learn software quickly
flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Preferred
An HR degree is preferred
