The role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy, following treatment plans, tracking progress, and building connections with children and their families.
Hospital & Health Care
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or community settings
Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Track progress with accurate, simple data collection
Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
Build strong connections with children and their families
Partner closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
People who are passionate about making a difference
Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
Patience, compassion, and a desire to grow
Preferred
Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
You have the option to complete the 40-hour RBT course
