Activity Assistant
OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly, compassionate Activity Assistant to support the Activity Director at Country Villa Wellness & Rehabilitation. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and social programs to enhance the quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities
Assist with group and individual activities (arts & crafts, games, music, outings, educational and social events)
Encourage and motivate residents to participate
Help plan and post the monthly activity calendar
Assist with activity documentation as required
Maintain resident activity precautions and limitations
Help coordinate volunteers and community involvement
Assist with Resident Council meetings as needed
Order and track activity supplies and expenses
Support special events involving residents, families, staff, and the community
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Friendly personality, patience, and strong communication skills
Passion for working with seniors
Preferred
Experience in long-term care or senior activities
