Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the RTL design for AI accelerators, ensuring high performance and efficiency
Collaborate with architecture teams to define specifications and requirements for next-generation AI solutions
Develop and optimize RTL designs using SystemVerilog and Verilog for ASIC and FPGA implementations
Design and validate complex datapaths for XPUs and GPUs, ensuring robust performance in AI workloads
Implement and integrate memory interfaces including HBM, DDR, and standard protocols such as PCIe and CXL
Conduct performance analysis and optimization of designs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
Mentor and guide junior engineers in RTL design methodologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in RTL design, particularly in the context of AI accelerators
Proficiency in SystemVerilog and Verilog with a strong understanding of RTL design principles
Experience with ASIC and FPGA architecture and design flows
In-depth knowledge of XPU/GPU datapaths, including memory interfaces such as HBM and DDR
Familiarity with high-speed interfaces like PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, and Serdes technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
