Strategic Growth Lead (Sales & Ops)
Edmo is a Series A+ AI SaaS company working with large universities across the U.S. They are seeking a Revenue & Growth Lead to drive sales momentum, design outreach strategies, and support the CEO's busy schedule. The ideal candidate will connect data sources intelligently and improve conversion rates while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Help drive sales momentum — follow-ups, deal movement, next steps, and accountability
Experiment with creative growth strategies (data sourcing, lead enrichment, outreach ideas, tooling)
Think through questions like:
1) How do we source the •right• decision-makers?
2) How do we connect data sources (LinkedIn, communities, networks) intelligently?
3) How do we improve conversion without just adding more volume?
Support strategic initiatives tied to partnerships, networks, and executive relationships
Help manage day-to-day execution around a busy CEO schedule — prioritization, prep, and follow-through
Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into action
Qualification
Required
3–6 years experience in sales, growth, business development, ops, or consulting
Exposure to SaaS sales or enterprise selling
Strong analytical and communication skills
Willingness to experiment, test, and learn
Local to Salt Lake City and able to work on-site
