Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process across all assigned functions, including strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, competency-based interviewing, and offer development/negotiation
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline building to attract diverse and high-caliber talent
Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, advise on hiring strategy, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that influence decision making
Manage recruitment programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and candidate experience
Oversee and optimize ATS data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and visibility into hiring metrics and pipeline activity
Produce and present recruitment analytics and dashboards to HR and business leadership, highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Own stakeholder communication and engagement, aligning hiring managers, HR partners, and interview teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Strengthen employer brand presence through targeted recruitment marketing, talent community engagement, and partnership with internal communications
